Shabby Chic #5 - 49th & Market

It has been so enjoyable to see everyone having so much fun creating Shabby Chic cards, we are continuing with more classes. This one is scheduled for July20th.

In this class we will once again be using more of the gorgeous 49th & Market papers as well as some of their gorgeous flowers! More work with paste and stencils too, as well as some more fussy cutting for this class, so that means some more homework. If you love making Shabby Chic cards, but don't like fussy cutting, perhaps someone that loves doing it, will be happy to do it for you. We will be stamping without a block which adds to the distressed Shabby Chic look. Plus, we will be adding a bit of colour and sparkle with coloured sequins!

Please bring to class: Completed homework, paper distresser, scissors, tweezers, double sided adhesive tape, liquid glue, 3D Foam Squares or foam tape, mini-glue dots, Distress Ink "Hickory Smoke" & "Gathered Twigs", ink blending tool, non-stick craft mat, and if you have Tim Holtz Mini-Stencil Set #25, & 49th & Market "Gabi's Crackle Texture Stamp Set". I will have one set of each there, but if you have something similar, it will work just fine. You can also order these from Stacey.

WHEN: Thursday, July 20th
TIME: 6:00 - 8:30
COST: $30.00
CONTACT: Stacey at sbebc2011@gmail.com to register for this class

On this card you will see some stamping form the 49th & Market "Gabi's Crackle Texture Stamp Set", gorgeous 29th & Market glittery flowers, and a metal embellishment from "Butter-Bee Scraps".

On this card I used some Liquitex Ceramic Stucco with the Tim Holtz Mini-Stencil Set #25. I love the added texture flowers on this card.

Instead of cheese cloth for this card, I used Ivory tulle.

We are going to have some great fun in this class. See you there!
